Procedure for Legalisation of Samoa documents by Taiwan Trade Mission

The following are the steps and requirements: 

1. Notarisation by a notary public in Samoa
2. Send the notarized documents to MFAT via SIFA for apostille
3. After apostille, the documents will be couriered to Taiwan Trade Mission in Fiji, an application form is required to be completed and signed by a director of the company, and passport copy of director is required.
4. Upon legalisation, the documents will be sent by courier straight to Maystar office in Hong Kong. 

 *Please note that legalisation in Fiji does not accept Apostille made by the Samoa Supreme Court.
